CULTURAL AWARENESS TRAINING

In association with Combined Universities Centre for Rural Health delivered a Cultural Awareness Training session in Wiluna with Martu representatives (traditional owners of the Wiluna area) for senior academic staff from Faculty of Health Sciences, Curtin University (October 2009)Facilitator and presenter Cultural Awareness Training for MMG Golden Grove in September 2009.
Planned and organised a “Bush Tucker Dinner” four course meal for 120 people in association with Nagle Catholic College to launch their Reconciliation Action Plan.
Facilitator and presenter Cross Cultural Communication workshop training for the Department of Child Protection (May and November 2009).
Presentation to the Badimia Native Title Working Group regarding presentation of Cross Cultural Training to organizations within the Badimia claim area (2009).
